The objective was to create a POP [point of purchase] product. I chose to focus on a luxury chocolate brand. Though there were existing luxury chocolate brands in the market, I felt the packaging and brand identity could be improved upon.
After market research, I determined several aspects that would improve upon the brand identity and packaging. I created the Cholaté brand identity, logo, and packaging as well as a point of purchase display. The tin package mimics the pearl shape of the product, increasing brand recognition. The photography featured on the packaging shows a preview of the product in the most tantalizing, tempting way possible.
